ORDERING
There are three ways for you to place your order/s. Credit card orders are accepted and processed securely through this site. Or you may place your order by calling or faxing us the information.
All custom orders must first be inquired about then approved.
SHIPPING
We ship orders within 5 days from receipt of payment. All orders are shipped using the most cost-effective ground carrier.
PICK UP ORDERS
Customers may pick up orders or may make their purchase in person. Please call, fax or write to inform us of your preference, otherwise, all orders are shipped. Pick up orders are usually ready within 5-7 business days after receipt of order.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you require a custom-made product, please contact our Customer Service for cost and delivery information.
MINIMUM ORDERS
There are no minimum orders.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS
We make every attempt to follow your order instructions. In the event that you discover an error or discrepancy, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment.
All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#) and must be requested within 15 days of the invoice date. All returns and refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
If it is apparent that we shipped the wrong product in error, please contact us right away and we will issue a RA and credit the appropriate invoice. No return or compensation will be authorized for product that has been decorated or altered in any way.
If you ordered incorrectly, we will provide a Return Authorization number. You are responsible for all freight charges and a 15% restocking charge that will be deducted from the total credit.
Under no circumstances do we accept returns that:
- Do not have a Return Authorization Number.
- Are 30 days after the invoice date.
- Are decorated or altered in any way.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quantity prices are based on the total quantity ordered.
All applicable taxes are extra and not included in the item price.
